WATERisLIFE Arrives in Mexico

After implementing more than 70 projects across Africa and Latin America — impacting over 180,000 people — we are expanding our work to a country where the water crisis is both urgent and deeply structural.

In Mexico, more than 12 million people lack reliable access to safe drinking water and 58% of schools do not have consistent access to safe water for their students.

Behind these numbers are families storing water for days, children attending school without guaranteed access to safe drinking water, and communities navigating an increasingly complex water reality driven by overexploited aquifers, aging infrastructure, and climate variability.

We aim to empower communities, strengthen local partnerships, and contribute to a future where safe water is not a privilege, but a guarantee.

What, where & how

Our work in Mexico builds on proven models we have implemented successfully in other countries, adapted to local realities, and innovating with new technology, such as rainwater harvesting systems through strong partnerships.
